LeBron James fined and warned for his “Big Balls” and his language | NBA

Without too much surprise, the NBA decided to sanction LeBron James, as it had already done this season with Fred VanVleet, for showing his “Big Balls” after a decisive basket.

This gesture, deemed obscene by the league and which will cost the Lakers winger $ 15,000 in fines, occurred at the end of the fourth quarter against the Pacers on Wednesday night. After he scored a big 3-point shot to give his team two possessions (110-104).

But that’s not all, since the NBA has also decided to issue a warning LeBron James for his words deemed rude in an interview, after his victory in Indiana, when he returned to his suspension on Tuesday night and that he said he did not deserve a suspension.

Less than a week after being suspended from a game by the league for the first time in his career, following his collision with Isaiah Stewart (which cost him $ 284,000 in fines, or his salary out of a meeting), the “King” is therefore once again sanctioned, even twice, for his behavior.

Finally, note that Robert Covington also received a fine from the NBA. Not for showing off his “Big Balls” but for throwing his mask off in the direction of a referee, during the Blazers’ loss to the Kings. A gesture of humor that will cost, again, 15,000 dollars in fine to the Portland winger.
