Main suspect in the case of the disappearance of his wife, Cédric Jubillar crudely portrayed his sex life with Delphine Jubillar during an interrogation with the gendarmes.
He is the main suspect in the Delphine Jubillar case. Indicted and imprisoned on June 18 for “aggravated murder of spouse“, Cedric Jubillar, 34, is suspected of having played a role in the disappearance of his wife, which occurred on the night of December 15 to 16, 2020 in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). It must be said that in the couple, the atmosphere left something to be desired. In the process of divorce, Delphine and Cédric Jubillar had not got along for several years. As early as 2017, the young nurse had a protocol drawn up to initiate the divorce proceedings. Tired of what she called her “Bidochon’s life“and the irresponsible behavior of her husband, a big spender and consumer of cannabis, the young woman had even met another man …
To defend themselves and dispel suspicion, Cédric Jubillar now minimizes the crisis that his couple was going through. During an interrogation with the gendarmes of Albi, the painter-plasterer gave details about his sex life with Delphine. He notably claimed to have had “three or four” sexual relations “since September” one of which to “Delphine’s initiative, on her own birthday”, and allowed himself some rather gritty confidences: “Delphine regularly gives me leek!”, would he have declared to the gendarmes, according to Paris Match. He added that he and she still shared the same bed.
Cédric Jubillar: a fourth request for release filed
Still presumed innocent, Cédric Jubillar was heard by the investigating judges on December 3. In the process, his lawyers, Emmanuelle Franck, Jean-Baptiste Alary and Alexandre Martin, filed a fourth request for release. The defense believes that the imprisonment of Cédric Jubillar is “abusive” and undermines the “presumption of innocence”.
