Delphine Jubillar: this request from the investigators who could finally bring the case to a conclusion

The investigators made a very important request to Google as reported by Le Parisien this Saturday, February 5. This could allow the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar to progress.

An important request. Delphine Jubillar has not been found since December 16, 2020. The young woman disappeared in Cagnac-les-Mines in the Tarn and did not give no sign of life since. The search continues but no clue has revealed what could have happened to him. The main suspect, Cedric Jubillar, was indicted for “intentional spousal homicide“on June 18, 2021. It does not stop claiming your innocence and has been incarcerated in Toulouse-Seysses prison ever since. As the search continues, Le Parisien revealed this Saturday, February 5, that the investigators made a very important request. Indeed, they got in touch with Google in order to “retrieve GPS data from Delphine Jubillar’s phone”, can we read first. If this request is successful, it could “bring investigators closer to one of the major clues in this long-term investigation“, it is then specified. As a reminder, the same request was made for geolocation data from Cédric Jubillar’s laptop. These were obtained thanks to the examining magistrates Audrey Assemat and Coralyne Chartier. Will they make it possible to obtain answers concerning the disappearance of the nurse?

They have hope. Several weeks ago, new excavations began, with the aim of discovering the slightest clue as to what could have happened to Delphine Jubillar. As Le Parisien points out, these are “gendarmes and soldiers of the army” who were mobilized. They first concentrated their research in the famous farm mentioned by Cédric Jubillar to a fellow prisoner. This is located south of the town of Cagnac-les-Mines, not far from the home of the Jubillars. He was the main suspect who claimed to have “buried Delphine’s body in the farmhouse that burned down phone, neither the clothes nor the body of the young woman were found. Subsequently, they turned to a wooded area, located below the farm, along a stream. With several days of deforestation and earthworks, no answer could be given to the relatives of the young woman. Thus, investigators hope get the slightest clue thanks to the phone’s geolocation data by Delphine. Her relatives have always assured that she would never have left of her own free willé, leaving his children. Did she do a bad meeting ? Was she killed by her husband, Cédric Jubillar? There was no evidence to prove his guilt.

Cédric Jubillar: why his phone data could be important?

Cedric Jubillar is the principal suspect of this investigation and, even if he never ceases to proclaim his innocence, every word he may say is taken very seriously. The gendarmes wanted to have access to his geolocation data because they wanted to see if the father of the family did not not traveled to unusual places a few months before the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar. “Thanks to Google, they are going to try to see if, in the four months preceding Delphine’s disappearance, her husband didn’t have any somewhat fetish or somewhat bizarre places where he would have gone several times.“, explained Julien Courbet in the program Call for witnesses. If the investigators believe, without a doubt, that the young woman is dead“, as reported by Le Parisien, they continue their research hoping to find out what could have happened to him. As a reminder, Cédric Jubillar remains presumed innocent of the facts which he is accused of.
