BFMTV SURVEY – Less divisive, “courageous” but not presidential: how is Pécresse perceived?

According to a new Opinion 2022 survey conducted by our partner Elabe for BFMTV, “L’Express” and SFR, the Republican candidate is considered courageous and dynamic but not close to the concerns of the French.

She is one of the main opponents of Emmanuel Macron. Victorious out of the Republican primary, Valérie Pécresse is racing with Marine Le Pen to qualify for the second round of the presidential election according to several recent polls.

First guest of “France in the eyes”, a new meeting dedicated to the presidential campaign and presented by Jean-Jacques Bourdin, the president of the Île-de-France region is also at the heart of the new Opinion 2022 survey conducted by our partner Elabe for BFMTV, L’Express and SFR.

According to this new survey, three image traits (out of the thirteen tested) stand out in candidate LR: Valérie Pécresse is considered dynamic (55%), courageous (55%) and authoritarian (51%) by a majority of French respondents.
