The next Marvel movie, Spider-Man : No Way Home, continues its promotion a few days before its national release, this time the opportunity to find the Green Goblin by Willem Dafoe.
In addition to sharing the poster with Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch), Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is going to have to find a way to exist in the middle ofa gallery of more or less cult supervillains taken from previous films of Spider-Man (which we have also classified from worst to best). The highly anticipated – or dreaded – next MCU film will therefore bring back Dr. Octopus, the Sandman, the Lizard, Electro and the Green Goblin, all seen in the latest trailer for Spider-Man : No Way Home. If the actors Rhys Ifans (The Amazing Spider-Man) et Thomas Haden Church (Spider-Man 3) do not seem to have been called back to the casting – their villain probably not having their human form -, the other performers have joined the cast.
Alfred Molina will thus find the character of Otto Octavius, while Jamie Foxx will be a fully revamped Max Dillon. And since the Jon Watts-directed movie wasn’t going to unearth Chris Cooper’s horrific Norman Osborn, it appeared two minutes too long in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 or Dane DeHaan’s pitiful Harry Osborn, he’s obviously the embodiment of Willem Dafoe who will do another tour of the living side after having eaten his glider in the belly.
However, the promotion has mainly shone the spotlight on the return of Dr. Octopus, abandoning the other villains and in particular the Green Goblin, whose face the public had not yet seen. While the film will be released on December 15 in France and on December 17 in the United States, Sony has shared a new teaser that gives Norman Osborn some room.
No good deed goes unpunished. #SpiderManNoWayHome is exclusively in movie theaters starting this THURSDAY.

Always so worrying
After teasing his comeback by emphasizing his evil laugh, his glider and his explosive bombs, the teaser shows Willem Dafoe’s Norman Osborn without a mask, taunting Peter Parker: “No good deed goes unpunished“. It remains to be seen what place will the character occupy and what importance he will have in the story, who will already be busy concluding the plot of Far from Home and blow up the multiverse with a view to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
