Deprived of a second edition last year, the CIEL comes back to life in its usual stronghold of the Palais de la Bourse. A meeting awaited by business real estate professionals.
Darkened for a long time, here is the sky ready to clear up, suggesting some glimmers of hope. Through the last clouds, the last wish of the Carrefour de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise (CIEL) is formed: to regain the warmth of the living room that was its own two years ago. Deprived of this pleasure last year, the CIEL therefore expects to bounce back, while the commercial real estate sector aspires to rebuild itself.
He will undoubtedly succeed, but as at the first light of his living room, the CCI Lyon Métropole Saint-Etienne Roanne intends to simplify such a project. Under the arches of the Palais de la Bourse, the event will therefore renew the links and exchanges that were its own, sweetened by the various confinements and the growing popularity of teleworking.
A novelty, the presence of specialist in commercial real estate
According to Philippe Valentin, president of the CCI, “this 3rd edition of our CIEL show, a regional event dedicated to business real estate unique in France, is taking place in an unprecedented context: the health crisis has profoundly redesigned professional real estate. We must rethink our offer from top to bottom in order to adapt it to the changes generated by new professional practices and new modes of consumption. “
It is on this theme that the CCI teams have worked. According to Elodie Aguettant, responsible for communication for the show, “changes are important, which is why the Carrefour de l’Immobilier d’Entreprise Lyonnais guarantees the management of new issues”.
Obtaining information, finding premises, financing, arranging its spaces or investing, these are all subjects that the CIEL should address on October 6 and 7, through some twenty conferences and responses from nearly 70 exhibitors .
The novelty is the presence of commercial real estate specialists. Enough to respond more fully to the support needs of the professionals concerned, and also contribute to the establishment of new businesses. With hope, in the future, to win one of the 8 CIEL / Mag2Lyon trophies promised by the event.
