Third step

Like any social media platform, LinkedIn wants you to get noticed. This therefore allows you to bring creativity to your business page. Your first job is to make sure that you are well represented visually.

At the very top of your business page is an area for a photo. This is where it is very easy to make mistakes, as many brands do not include a professionally created photo.

Find the best possible photo for your business page, one that really sums up your brand and its face. Then make sure it displays at the top of the page. It must attract attention and convey the values ​​of the brand.

We cannot stress this enough. Get the right photo and your page visitors will be engaged immediately.

Fourth step

You can now create a summary.

Like the photo, this is another opportunity to create a good impression for your brand. LinkedIn has a character limit here of 2000, so it’s very important that you spend time on a work project for this first.

Now a word on keywords.

LinkedIn uses keywords to help searchers find what they want. You must appear in these searches. So while you don’t have to dig deep into SEO to find these words, you should still focus on using keywords that are closely related to your business and brand.

The abstract should include these keywords. It’s that simple. Take the time to spice up the keyword summary and it will act as a magnet to anyone you are trying to attract, whether they are clients, consumers or job seekers.

Fifth step

Get the content created.

The final piece of the puzzle is to regularly create content for the page. You know your audience and you should invest as much time as possible to create content for them.

This is crucial. Having a business page that is “static” and has no updates just means you probably won’t receive any attention. It will be a dead zone for your marketing and unnecessary to keep using it.

Create new content, preferably exclusive to the business page, and make sure to update the page at least once a week. That way, you’ll fit into the LinkedIn cycle (most people visit it a few times a week) and be able to create scalable content that adds value.
