Delphine Jubillar: her son Louis could again change his version on the evening of his disappearance

Less than a year after the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar, her eldest son, Louis will soon be questioned by the examining magistrates concerning the night of his mother’s disappearance.

Louis Jubillar could bring a new key testimony in the case of Delphine Jubillar, the 33-year-old nurse who disappeared in December 2020. Less than a year after her disappearance, he could provide more details concerning the night her mother disappeared and in particular on a possible argument between his parents. Investigators want to question him again at the end of November to see if his version of events has changed.

The 7-year-old boy who was placed with his 2-year-old sister Elyah partly with the nurse’s sister had already expressed himself at the beginning of the year. He had told the story of the evening of December 15. According to him, his parents had not quarreled, but they had spoken of divorce. He had heard the phrase: “Since it’s like that, then we’re gonna go our separate ways“. He then clarified:”Afterwards, I heard swear words. I heard that maybe they were doing that (he stretches his arms out horizontally to mimic the scene). Afterwards I fell asleep. Maybe it was mom or not who said that. Afterwards, I didn’t hear anything anymore“.

Louis and Elyah sent a moving message to their mom.

The two children of Delphine and Cedric Jubillar are the most affected by the disappearance of the nurse. On November 15, they sent a word to their mother who should have celebrated her 34th birthday that day. They left him a moving message left in front of the house family: “Mom, we love you. We miss you. Happy birthday. Elyah and Louis“.

For his part, Cédric Jubillar recently made a new request for release. The Court of Appeal will deliver its decision on November 22.
