The Baroque Festival of Pontoise, in the Val d’Oise, has for two years refocused its charitable activity on the territory.

Your donations will therefore be destined for the René-Dubos hospital in Pontoise and you will be informed of the precise destination of this act of solidarity.

Donations for the hospital

In this context, a concert is organized on Wednesday December 22, 2021 in the Notre-Dame church, with Bach’s cantatas on the program.

The health situation in 2020 prevented the organizers from carrying out their action.

“We are counting on you to redouble your generosity a few days before Christmas. To encourage you to do so, we’ve invited a celebrity. He is better known in cinema than in concert, but many of you know his qualities as a singer which have already led him to the stage of the Théâtre du Châtelet. “

The concert organizers

Lambert Wilson will perform two cantatas by Bach, including the famous BWV 82 Ich habe genug, accompanied by La Diane Française and some students from the Pontoise schools.

The ensemble is in residence at the Festival Baroque de Pontoise and as such receives support from the regional directorate of cultural affairs of Île-de-France and the Department of Val-d’Oise.

A cross-residency has also been initiated with the Center de musique baroque de Versailles, La Diane Française and the Festival Baroque de Pontoise.
