Piers Morgan issued a major warning to middle aged men after the first episode of the new Sex And The City reboot and just like that.

Chris Noth’s character Mr. Big was killed by a heart attack in shocking scenes after rigorous training on his Platoon at the end of the opening chapter, leaving fans around the world completely devastated.

“And just like that, Big was dead,” Sarah Jessica Parker’s Carrie then said in the voiceover as the episode went into the credits.

And, just like the rest of us, the former Good Morning Britain Piers presenter was troubled by one thing… Carrie Bradshaw taking her time to call for help.

Reacting to the breathtaking moment, Piers tweeted: “If you are a middle aged man watching the first episode of Sex in the City Relaunched with your wife / girlfriend and she isn’t immediately screaming” Why isn’t Carrie calling emergency services? As she quietly cuddles Mr. Big’s * ALWAYS ALIVE * body… throw her out ASAP, ”he wrote, alongside a photo of Carrie cradling Big.

“Trust me on this,” Piers added.

Not worried, are we Piers?

Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum, cardiologist and member of the Peloton Advisory Board on Health and Wellness, made a statement to American weekly in response to Big’s death.

She took the opportunity to reassure those watching her heart attack death was likely delayed by her use of the popular Peloton, rather than caused by it.

“I’m sure SATC fans like me are saddened by the news that Mr. Big has died from a heart attack,” said Dr. Suzanne.

‘Sir. Big was living what many would call an extravagant lifestyle – including cocktails, cigars, and big steaks – and was at serious risk because he had already had a heart attack.

She continued, “Those lifestyle choices and maybe even her family history, which is often a big factor, were probably the cause of her death. Riding his Peloton bike may even have helped delay his cardiac event.

Dr Suzanne went on to remind fans that “over 80 percent of all cardiac deaths are preventable” through healthier lifestyle changes.

Peloton also released a hilarious new trailer featuring Big back from the dead and rising to take another spin.
