Brendan Cole has revealed he had to go to the hospital after smashing his head during Dancing On Ice practice.
The former Strictly Come Dancing pro, 45, revealed he forgot what he was doing and ended up having a concussion after hitting his head.
He told the Daily Star: “I was on the ice and thought about what I was doing for a second.
“I turned around – and that’s the last thing I remember. I was taken to hospital and had a concussion.
“When I realized what had happened, I was horrified. “
Brendan says the incident taught him to be “100% focused” when on the ice because the alternative is “really dangerous.”

He’s also made a habit of finishing workouts when he’s low on energy, before mistakes start creeping in, which could lead to accidents or injuries.
Although he was more careful, Brendan admitted, “These are injuries to the hips. You have pads on your shins, bleeding and bruising.
He also recently sliced his partner Vanessa Bauer’s back with his blade during a rehearsal for the upcoming series.
