A year ago, Samuel Kreitschi took over thebusiness from carpentry that his father-in-law Patrice Deperiers had created in Campandré-Valcongrain.
He then decides to leave this small village to settle in Aunay-sur-Odon (Les Monts d’Aunay, Calvados), on the road to Villers, behind the wash station. It is impossible not to notice this large black building which houses, in addition to the carpentry business, a tiling business.
“I wanted to set up in Aunay to be independent and also to gain visibility. I wanted to work locally and in a bigger building. Here, I have 250 m² including an exhibition space of 70 m². “
Two craftsmen on the same site
Next to his company, Samuel Kreitschi brought in Mickaël Gascoin, from the Guégan company. Both artisans are used to working together. “We have a common project manager. Having 2 craftsmen on the same site brings a plus to each of us. “
After a business takeover, Mickaël Gascoin left Évrecy to settle in Aunay. “This allows me to have real independent buildings: 100 m² and 25 m² of exhibition space. “
The Deperiers company has 4 employees and offers carpentry, framework, wood frame, insulation, plastering. “We work all the way to the outskirts of Caen and on the coast. We do construction and also renovations. “
For its part, the Guégan company offers its know-how in tiling, earthenware, natural and reconstituted stone, as well as the design of bathrooms from A to Z. Its area of activity extends over Calvados and Manche.
Samuel Kreitschi is one of the Lower Normans Craftsmen. “It is a group of artisans who offer customers various local artisans for complete renovations. I am also part of the Solabaie business network. “
After the Covid, these two craftsmen feel in their customers a desire to do work. “So do not hesitate to go through the door, you will have a very warm welcome. “
