CTI company, situated at Belforêt-en-Perche (Orne), in the delegated municipality of Ford-of-the-chain, is looking for a buyer.

A call for tenders was launched by the receiver on November 26, 2021, after the company was placed in a position of legal redress, the May 27 of that same year.

Specialized in construction of garbage trucks, the company was subject to a six-month observation period, which has been renewed and will end on May 26, 2022 (a next hearing is scheduled at the Alençon Commercial Court on February 21).

The company that employs 37 employees posted sales of € 6,499,000 in 2019. In 2020, the latter plummeted to € 4,026,000.

A first collective procedure was opened on May 18, 2020, by the Alençon commercial court, at the request of the public prosecutor. It had been denounced by the company, to which the Caen Court of Appeal had been right in May 2021. The court had thus annulled the first receivership, before opening a new one (from May 27, 2021, therefore).

Submission of offers until December 20

After the call for tenders launched in the fall of 2021, interested buyers could submit their application to the Alençon commercial court until Monday, December 20, 2021. Were there any candidates? We will have to wait to find out, because the receiver, bound by secrecy, cannot communicate on this point.

As a reminder, the PME CTI was created in January 1992, in the form of an SAS, a simplified joint stock company.

It entered the fold, in 2015, of the Alienor Industrie group. Founded that same year, it specializes in the manufacture of materials for the environment, skips, BOM (household waste skips), cranes for BOM, but also for agriculture and public works.

The group has production sites in France but also in Europe, and a worldwide distribution network. Alienor Industrie became, in 2018, “leader in the production of skips with 360 skips produced per month”, is it listed on the group’s website.

Jean-Christian Marmié, president of the latter, wishes, for the moment, not to comment on the situation of the Percheron company.
