Agefiph and Cap emploi alongside companies in Puy-de-Dôme

After the reform of the obligation to employ people with disabilities, which entered into force in January 2020, the Association for the management of the fund for the professional integration of disabled people (Agefiph), which is no longer the body collecting the contribution, has refocused its missions.

The association is responsible for supporting the development of employment for people with disabilities. For this, it offers services and financial aid for businesses and individuals.

Marie-Pierre Grillot, business advisor referent communication of Agefiph:

We support companies to identify and putre-implement actions that will enable them to develop the employment of disabled people and to integrate disability into the management of human resources on a long-term basis

Cap Emploi also helps to maintain employment

Another novelty: Pôle emploi and Cap emploi have joined forces to offer an integrated service offer, within a Single Support Center (LUA).

All the expertise of the two networks is brought together to provide a response to the needs of employers: support / business advisers, work psychologists, rights management advisers, etc.

This single entry aims to simplify procedures and, thanks to the complementarity of the two networks, to facilitate and secure recruitments.

Alongside recruitments, job retention is part of the service offer. It is even a strong stake with regard to the extension of working hours or the increase in chronic pathologies.

Faced with recruitment difficulties, the craftsmen of Puy-de-Dôme are opening up to disability

Cap emploi now supports companies to keep in employment an employee whose state of health impacts the exercise of his professional activity, by finding and implementing a solution, in conjunction with the occupational physician.
